Timekeeper requires Sage 100 ERP from Sage Software and Library Master Extensions. Timekeeper can be integrated with one or more of the following modules - Accounts Receivable, Job Cost, Payroll, Sales Order, Time and Billing, Time and Billing Professional, and/or Payroll. Integrated modules must be installed before installing Timekeeper.
Timekeeper Entry requires a Java® Runtime Environment (JRE) 1.5 or later
be installed on the workstation. With Sage 100 Advanced a JRE must also be installed on the server.
The Timekeeper PDA application functions on numerous PDA devices. The Timekeeper Palm OS application requires a Palm OS device running Palm OS 5.0 or later. The Timekeeper Pocket PC application requires Microsoft ActiveSync® 3.8 or later to run on the workstation that will be used for the synchronization process. The Pocket PC (Windows CE) device must have a minimum screen resolution of 320 x 240 pixels.
The .timekeeper application requires a ProvideX Web Server and a web browser of your choice (Internet Explorer 6.0 or later, Netscape 7.2 or later, Opera 7.54 or later, Mozilla 1.7 or later, Firefox 1.0 or later, Safari 1.2 or later). An external web server is no longer required (as was the case with Timekeeper 4.0x). However, if an external webserver is used, it must support reverse proxies. A reverse proxy for Microsoft IIS Web Server is provided with Timekeeper.
Current options for ProvideX web servers include the Sage e-Business Manager module and Pvx Plus Technologies' PxPlus for Windows
. While .timekeeper was originally designed for eBM, PxPlus for Windows will fully allow .timekeeper to integrate with the Timekeeper enhancement.
